@chanchan05 Nice, well at this point i think the best thing for me to do is to uninstall everything and start over from scratch. I'd really rather not as this is the first play through where i've never used the TGM console command at all, lol, but i guess i have no other choice. @bben46 o.O wow that must be a huge hassle for those who have Logs as big as mine or bigger

Alright, so I did everything you told me, and I'm able to check my followers gear without having to wait. I just have to wait a couple of seconds for mining, sometimes i have to use the in game wait. Could this be due to the fact that most of the time I skip the little cutscene by taking out my pickaxe and swinging at the vein?

BOSS load order Btw is there any other way to post the log besides copy/paste?

Thanks for the quick reply, umm I uninstalled and deleted UFO and then installed the newer version of it. That's all i can think of. Would it be best to uninstall all the mods and game and start fresh?

So i seem to be having quite a bit of problems with my skyrim save. First let met post my computer specs. i7 870 @2.93 GHz Nvidia GTX 650 3GB 8 GB RAM So the problem I'm having are: quite a bit of freezing (how much i freeze, seems to vary), sometimes i get CTD, and lastly for some reason my character seems to take quite a bit of time to complete an action. For instance if i say to mine most of the time i have to wait in game for it to start mining. Another example if I ask to check my followers gear, the menu won't open and I have to keep asking to check the gear or wait in game for the menu to pop up. Is there a possibility of my mods being in the wrong load order, and causing these problems? Here's the order i have it in currently:

Installed BOSS, it put them in order but some were unrecognized and the game still froze. I'm just going to uninstall everything and go through each mod one by one. Thanks for helping. As for wyre Bash unfourtunatly im not familiar with it. I'm pretty sure i don't need OBSE for my Mods

So I had a problem with one of the mods that i have, so i re-downloaded the mod and it's requirements. Problem is now every time i start up the game it freezes up after the copyright starts to fade. I was wondering if it was because i had't loaded the mods properly on the Mod manger Here are the mods i have loaded in order. So does anyone know whats wrong or can you help me?
