i know there are already mods to make your own radio station but i have no way to download songs and covert them. is there somebody that can make a station of primarily Johnny Cash and Elvis from the 50s???

so i checked the mod's comments page and it does not appear that the author answers ANYONE that posts on there so i'm not even going to bother. i just want a recolor of the Siren tattoo to a lime green so its more lore friendly; looks like a rad tattoo.

Hello, I'm looking to see if anyone is able to recreate the Siren's tattoo from Borderlands (there are versions of this tattoo that are available for the Sims 4, and I've seen other Sims to Fallout conversions before so I'm hoping that will maybe make this a little easier? http://notsocialbunny.tumblr.com/post/97709831339/so-after-hours-of-painstakingly-redrawing-and), but in a bright green color to match the radiation color of Fallout so I can make a Rad Siren.
