LMAO - because unless your fascinsted by how many plants you've picked or bits of armor you've made you'll have missed the page in your PIP-Thingy. I'm pretty sure there are stats for "HOURS SLEPT", "HOURS WAITED", "HOURS WAITED WHILST SITTING ON A BENCH", "THINGIES KILLED USING MIND BULLETS" (TENACIOUS-D RULE) In survival mode, there's stats there for how many times you've missed the potty and one for how many times you've successfully stopped Dogmeat humping your leg...... Personally, I think the stats in Football Manager are much more interesting. :cool:

Oh I do love this subject. My first games were the Original Football Manager, 1982-4 - Then things like Chuckie Egg and School Dayz, I moved on to Championship Manager on my Amiga, Laser Squad, The original XCOM, Civilization, Settlers by which point I was in my 20's. I remember playing "Daggerfall" and being amazed at topless woman in a game - I mean barely recognizable as topless women, but topless women all the same. Since the good old days we've now reached a point (well we reached it a while ago) where humans now look pretty human in games - were long passed the point of my going a female character in Daggerfall because I could run about naked and think it was funny as..... Simply put - sex mods were always gonna follow suit - I have sex mods in my games and have done since discovering Animated Prostitution for Skyrim - I was so excited when I found that and got it working, I phoned half my mates and they all came up and we laughed at being able to score with the Jarl of Solitude - proper sex animations - hillarious. There was a youtube clip that came out by some guys taking the michael out of That twat who was Jarl of Windhelm, you know, the "LEGENDS DON'T BURN DOWN VILLAGES" guy - watching him running about having sex with all the argonians and various other Skyrim species that he hates so much. I could barely stop laughing, you hear one of the guys responsible for making it in the background saying, "What the f*** are we doing?" and that just made me worse - stitches for hours. Anyway - I love having a degree of sex in my games because if I was a superhero or looked like Brad Pitt or could slay dragons, I'd expect to score with far more frequency than I do in real life, so as an extention of being able to slay dragons, my character could also score for saving the day - much better than scoring because you brought your wife home a bottle of wine and that's the only way to get any these days don't ya think? Human beings being human - I personally think games are worse if sex is taken out, and it should only be a small part of any game (unless your actually playing a sex game - that's different) - but here we are in a post apocalyptic wasteland where societies rules are apparently gone, pickpocket the wrong man and you shall pay with your life and no one bats an eyelid, start mentioning sex though and some people who'll happily tell you how they butchered this raider in horrific fashion and they get touchy..... for these people, their only hope is that the can actually think or someone can explain it too them. Honestly, I could go on for hours about the hypocracy concerning some of the things that are taboo and that are not - I could lecture for days - but I won't I'll answer the question asked at the start of this post..... Why are there so many sex mods? Because - this game has been out for 3 years - almost all the simpler mods are done - the complicated ones, are few and far between because of the sheer effort/time/love that larger mod authors put into their work - which leaves sex and the creators desire to create as beautiful a simulated creature as they can - for whatever reason. People who do sick stuff in games, never lift a hand to people in real life - most of us fully understand the difference between fantasy and reality and have ZERO issues keeping them seperate. We have a few that do not, but violent/sex mods aren't going to be what them what they are. The rest of humanity is weird and curious - Games are the perfect place to play out that curiousity and weirdness - harming no one and nothing. Life - no matter what you may get told is so f'ing hard - as long as you do not physically or psychologically harm others in the process of whatever you happen to do to be able to deal with the hell your surrounded by on a daily basis - Fair game if you ask me. For those psychologically harmed by the thought of darkness within humanity - I suggest a lifelong quest to find a sense of humour or a thicker layer of skin. JaYmZeE

Hiya folkes, Firstly, I have absoloutely NOTHING to do with FO4Edit or the team that develope it - I'm merely an average user - but I've been using some form of this tool since FO3 for MERGED patches that literally saved what was otherwise an unplayable game.... since then I've used it for all sorts, conflict resolution, mod cleaning, sorting masters etc etc etc. Anyone who's been using the BETA's over the last few months will know that the tool is now moving forward in LEAPS and BOUNDS - if you haven't used a more recent version - the release of Version 4 is the time to do it.... me I've been using every beta as it came out and the tool is now like the tool but on Jet or X-CELL or some SPEED potion - whatever - it's basic functions are the same but everything else is better..... Reference files are built once so now you have way faster loading times after the first time it's sees a mod, handy tools like being able to sort the mods alphabetically, rather than trying to scroll down a list to spot a mod in a list of hundreds, cleaning mods all at once if you like - on my decent machine - I can clean 250 plug-ins in less than 5 minutes - sorting mod masters into order takes seconds for your entire load list - load em all at once - sort - done - people who know and understand the real stuff can do a far better job of this than me - but sorry, I'll have to do just now..... This tool has been intergral to modding for so many of us for so long - the man is making massive strides - who knows where he could go with this tool - but I believe he has the skills, the talents to make this a time saving/game saving and improving tool beyond what we've even conceived of so far (I MEAN HAVE YOU CHECKED OUT SOME OF THE SCRIPTS - HOLY BATFLAPS BATMAN!) I'd wholeheartedly like to agree with the above post... Plus - "Idiocracy" is a cracking movie - purely for the basic premise of the film if for nothing else. It is not just America that has lost it's way - it, as per usual, is the world leader on this front but here in the UK we're almost as bad - Trump being the main reason I'd separate us - if the USA ousts him in the next election or if we elect Boris Johnson then it'll be all square..... No chance of us going back to the Moon anytime soon - there isn't any money in it - we used to do things, "not because they are easy but because they are hard" - no more - mankind is stagnating and the impending arrival of super-intelligent AI may well be the end we deserve (I firmly believe AI will see us as we see ants in their ant hill if we're building a road - the ant hill gets destroyed - we don't hate ants, we're just building a road) Most political theory looks good on paper - Capitalism looks good on paper - and it failed completely a decade ago.........

It's a long time since I played New Vegas and I don't currently have it installed so I can only suggest going and getting NVSE from http://nvse.silverlock.org/ Install it using the following instructions included in the download 1. Copy the .dll and .exe files to your Fallout NV directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder under Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\. If you see files named FalloutNV.exe and FalloutNVLauncher.exe, this is the correct folder. Do not copy these files to the Data folder as with a normal mod. and then try launching it using "nvse_loader.exe" and see what happens. I never run anything directly from NMM these days - I'm still using it as my mod manager and use it to download and install/uninstall mods, but I run all associated programs - like bodyslide from icons in my taskbar - just personal preference. Worth a try. EDIT - Also - are you running the latest version of NMM - the version on the nexus being outdated - you can get the latest version here... https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases JaYmZeE P.S. I always keep my NMM install and all the mods I download on the same drive as the games. I've read in multiple places that doing otherwise can cause a variety of issues - may be worth keeping this in mind moving forward as well.

I'm a massive fan of the modder Belthan and his work from Fallout 3, Quo Vagis and the sequel Coito Ergo Sum. Two of the best mods I've ever had the good fortune to play. What follows is purely what I've read - I am not claiming to have inside information and other than the occasional post I do not know Belthan in anyway. From what I can tell, he originally planned to make it a trilogy with the development if "Vidi, Vici, Veni" for Fallout 4 but after deciding that there are issues with Fallout 4 he can't reconcile the project was cancelled. I replayed it multiple times because I wanted it to be great, but the more I played the less I liked it. I've attempted to explain why in previous posts, and others have enumerated the flaws much more eloquently than I ever did, but it boils down to a matter of personal preference. At this point, don't try to convince me that I should like it, and I won't try to convince you that you shouldn't. I got physically sick just loading the game to test the handful of mods I made for it. I don't want to disappoint fans of Quo Vagis and Coito Ergo Sum, but I can't continue to compromise my health. I uninstalled the game and the CK. So, if Vidi, Vici, Veni is going to get made, it will have to be made by someone other than me. Hence, I'm looking for volunteers. I'm fine with background stuff but anything that has anything to do with being creative or being able to work with anything but the simplest of actions in the render window is beyond me. Seriously - artistically I struggle with stick men and if you saw some of the abominations I've created in Bodyslide/outfit studio you'd be entitled to consider me mentally challenged. I struggle to even conceive or visualize what it is I'm trying to create, never mind being able to actually create it. I understand the theory of the process - I'm just incapable of putting the theory into practice. I can and would be willing to help with anyone with the genuine skills and know how to take this project on. I love Fallout 4 despite it's flaws - flaws of which so many of which have been so skillfully corrected by modders, I think of UF4P, Transfer Settlements (and CLAW for his awesome blueprints), Sim Settlements, Armor & Weaponsmith, The team behind Fusion City, Dr Nicks, O&R and now the brilliant Project Valkyrie, Worsin's WIPAG, Vivid Fallout, Heather Casdins creator and so many more. (I really do miss "Don't call me settler" - you don't realise how much you love something till it's gone....) My point being - Fallout 4's biggest flaw for me at this stage is the absence of Lolipopz, Larry and "Vidi Vici Veni". I've been gaming for about 35 years now - I'll be 44 on my next birthday and am only making this post because FO4 just ctd and I wanted a break for 5 minutes to have something to eat and make a cup of coffee. "Time you enjoy wasting, isn't wasted time". Quick quips and cliches aside - I believe we get one chance at life - I don't think I'm coming back as a turtle, moving on to a higher place of existence, spending an eternity in hell for sinning etc etc etc. I'm of above average intelligence, but in no way exceptional - I am not capable of achieving anything that is going to change the world - I'm never going to be remembered like Einstein or Hawking or Galileo or Socrates or Curie or Emmeline Pankhurst or even people like Genghis Khan or Donald Trump - I suppose I could become infamous if I really desired but I've no interest in hurting people so in 100 years time NO ONE is going to remember me or a damn thing I've done. My memory will not live on and whilst some people may hate this idea - I find it both liberating and comforting. If I was capable of genuine greatness and was wasting my life by playing games and essentially denying the future of our race and planet something "game changing" (pun intended) , then I think I would be deserving of criticism. Modern day life on this planet for 99% of the population is hard and largely tedious and repetitive - I know things are relative and that there are people far worse of than me - but I've tried life as current society programmed me to believe is right and found it to be a bad joke - my prime directive currently consists of.... 1) Have a much fun as possible between now and death (This involves a variety of activities among which playing video games is a significant percentage) 2) Do my best not to hurt others 3) Be as open and as honest as circumstances allow 4) Completely disregard ridiculous, hypocritical and unproductive rules and laws that are there for the sole purpose of halting human and societal evolution in it's tracks. I respect anyone who thinks for themselves and shapes their lives to their own needs - as long as it doesn't negatively impact on others. I'm not talking about other people perceiving your actions as affecting them negatively - I mean actually affecting them negatively - there is a huge spectrum of variance between the two! an asterisk next to a mod in plugins.txt means the mod is active so in the above load order example PrototypeMedicPowerArmor.eslAnotherLife.esp are not active. As for the .ini files - ensure the following... (you'll find them in documents/my games/fallout4) Add the following lines to Fallout4Prefs.ini file below the section marked[Launcher]: bEnableFileSelection=1 Add the following line in Fallout4Custom.ini: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= I'd also run loot to help give you a STARTING POINT for your load order - LOOT gives you a good place to start but it's far from infallible - as the load order above looks problematic - I have very few of the mods you do so it's difficult for me to be sure. I'd also go away and get the unofficial fallout 4 patch from https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4598 if you haven't already and install that. I'd use Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch which should be the last mod to load - (open Wrye bash - right click over the bashed patch.esp and select rebuild patch) Can't be sure this will fix anything for you but it's a place to start.

"scrap everything" should always be close to the last mod in your load order. The only mods I have that come after that are Weaponsmith Extended 2.esp (at the recommendation of the mod author) + the Unlimited Follower Framework and any custom companion mods. Can't promise that'll fix your issue but I'd keep that in mind regardless - if it doesn't fix your current issue it'll help prevent other issues in future.

Regarding the console command for changing the carryweight value - I'm not sure if this is still correct, but I think player.modav carryweight -19700 would be the better way to get your carryweight to 300. If I remember correctly, using the forceav console command can stop the value from changing when you, for example, gain a point of strength. I've posted this directly from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands player.ForceValue <character variable> or player.forceav <character variable> <amount> – Force a value. Note: It is recommended to use ModAV instead of ForceAV, especially if you want to revert the change later. ForceAV overrides the automatic calculation of actor values, and nothing will affect that actor value again aside from another ForceAV or a ModAV. For example, with a Carry Weight of 200, a ForceAV carryweight 5000 will give the player character a carrying capacity of 5000. Getting an extra point of strength will not change that capacity, even if you ForceAV the Carry Weight back to 200 before getting the additional point of strength. On the other hand, a ModAV carryweight 5000 will result in a carrying capacity of 5200, getting an additional point of Strength will make that increase appropriately, and a subsequent ModAV carryweight -5000 will place the value back where it should be based on Strength.

Okay - I'm making the post for the sake of posterity - I've solved this but because I couldn't find anything when searching for this particular bug, I thought I'd make this post in case anyone should happen to end up with the same bug in future. So, start at the beginning - I noticed my STR + END stats in my pip-boy were showing as the value -1. This was the case whether in or out of Power Armor. I loaded in my oldest save - about 8 hours gameplay previous and the values were down on where they should be - but only by -6 at this point - another save showed at a further -3 (-9 in total) - until eventually it showed as -1 on my pip boy and stuck there) Upon looking at my actor values I could see a temp -33 showing against both STR + END - this negative effect also increased every time I climbed in and out of Power Armor - why exactly, I've no idea - but eventually it reached -51. Stripped down, tried the console command "recycleactor" at the suggestion of Rikako who I was brainstorming with on Discord (Kudos to Rikako) but nothing changed this. Long story short - I was wearing a piece of clothing/armor with the "Fortifying Trio" Enchantment/Legendary Mod that gives buffs to Strength and Endurance of +3. Earlier in the day I'd created duplicates of the armor I was wearing with the same legendary mod + weave to eventually give out to different companions - 5 extra in total - but in my inventory it showed as equipped "xxxxxx" 6 - where x is the name of the armor and 6 is the amount of the armor I was carrying. I didn't notice anything at first - how often do you look at your SPECIAL skills in your pip-boy? The BASE value showed correctly on the perks page. Anyway - this having 6 of the same armor type + mods seems to have confused the game no end and for whatever reason it resulted in a modification to my actor values for STR + END of -3. 51/3 = 17 so that ties up nicely meaning I'd got in and out of my power armor 17 times to reach this stage. So the fix is not to create duplicates of armor you've got equipped so they don't end up showing up in an inventory like you've got 6 (or whatever number) equipped. In the mean time I used the player.modav xxxxx 51 to correct the inbalance to my strength and endurance - my actor values now show the correct overall value, although they do show as having a permanent bonus of 51 and a temp negative of 51 - if anyone can tell me or suggest how I may be able to remove the temp negative I'd love to hear it - in the mean time this will do. I was playing a mod earlier that removed all my equipment and I had to recover it from a chest, but I have no idea if this was a factor or not - I do know that since using the mod.av console command it has stopped the bug in it's tracks - I've tested it with equipping the item and carrying the full 6 items around and it is no longer continuing to get worse - although I intend to never carry duplicates of items I have equipped again in future just incase. So - noted for purposes of helping anyone who happens to encounter this somewhat delphic bug in future. JaYmZeE

I'm feeling uncharacteristically chatty today so I thought I'd make a rare post regarding one of the peculiarities of our literally mind blowing, stunning and awesome modding community. I could've dragged out the thesaurus to try and come up with some less cliche adjectives to describe my honest opinion of what goes on here, but I'm trying very hard not to come off as smug or pretentious. I'm not correcting typo's and spelling mistakes and I'm not worrying too much about where I put my apostrophes. My sentence structure will likely suck too. The issue is regarding the dynamic between the geniuses and experts - people with an enviable skill set who create all this content and those at the other end of the scale - who's minds are fried and frustrated because they cannot get it to work. This needs to be mentioned first - I'm not covering it again - TOO BE CLEAR - I love this place - Modders are demi-gods in JaYmZeE's world, making sucky games good and making games I love - particularly open world games - into places I never completely leave for years - even the odd decade. Some modders - they're not demi-gods, they're full on GOD and I worship you at the shrine that is my PC. Really tempting to mention a few - but you know who you are..... you make content that's multiple times better than what came with the professional paid for content. This piece is not a critique - I get where your coming from totally - but empathy is so underrated - you should be able to get a degree from top universities in Empathy - the world would be a much better place. At the other end of the scale you have those less gifted, with less natural intelligence (I can't take credit for my I.Q - 132 if you believe the ridiculous tests - Yeah I couldn't resist boasting about my above average intelligence) and those who I have less sympathy for - those with no patience. When the two collide, you get forum and mod threads that very often descend into the most unproductive, unwelcoming, confidence destroying and sorry to say predictably TYPE A bullying playgrounds that are enough to put anyone new or short on confidence off ever asking anything for fear of abuse and ridicule. If I was the modder - being asked the same question for the xxxx thousandth time - depite the fact I'd posted it as a sticky, placed a document under article, put a read me in the mod, the instructions on the files tab and a detailed how to on the mod page itself - I'd likely spontaneously combust. I get it - I do, how can you not. If meanwhile your new or not very good at modding in general - and you've read every file - you've followed every instruction to the letter - for the first 100 mods you installed and it still doesn't work - your minds fried - you just wanna play with these awesome new mods - there's so much information out there, meshes, textures, esm's, esl's & esp's - patches and .dds files - .dll's and ini's, bodyslide files and overwrites, virtual installs XeDIT, Wrye and LOOT. Some people swear by LOOT - some people say don't use it under any circumstances. You've been told to clean the masters as well as leave them alone. Overwrite when you install this mod, but not this file - maybe MOD x and MOD y are incompatible - yet lots of people seem to be running them together. You've learned how to resolve conflicts, but why does my game work with the conflict and when it fix it I can't even get it to the main menu. DARE YOU ASK? The answer is maybe covered in the read me - but your pretty sure this is what's causing your problem - or maybe you just missed it after reading page after page of instructions of which you understand about 30% and are left feeling asking the community or the author for help. Personally, not for all MODS, but for some, I'd boil my nuts in oil before I'd ask a question on these threads. I'll literally spend the 8 hours I'd set aside for playing the game using every tool in my box to resolve my issue that ask for help on some of MOD threads. I'm a confident and arrogant man and if I received the type of ridicule and abuse some do when they make the mistake of asking a question considered the wrong question to ask - I'd go to War and would be banned from the site within an hour or so tops - maybe a bit longer depending how long it took the abuser to reply. Some of these people aren't even the MOD authors - I mean I don't have any official research - but a significant percentage of these individuals have NOTHING official to do with the MOD - their sole purpose seems to be swarming threads ready to pick on any individual who's asked for the wrong type of help. I'm not mentioning any names, but I HADTOREGISTER this genuine frustration of mine because I've nothing better to do on a Saturday night. Seriously - I used to be quite active on another MODDING site who produced amazing work - again from the minds of some brilliant and committed individuals who provided me with hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours of FUN FUN FUN - for nothing - it cost me nothing other than the time that I spent setting things up and it was worth it a million times over. I've lost count of how many times they banned me - but there was someone I greatly admired - and still do - who's tag at the end of his posts was a warning about reading the FAQ before asking for help or you would be banned from the site. (You know who you are if you see this - this is not personal mate - I still use your save-game manager in FO4 and have done since you posted it and you and the people on your site will always be hero's of mine) I don't have an answer to this collision of worlds - I just hate seeing it - I don't consider it necessary 99% of the time - it's not good. I promised you secrets to becoming a successful modder. The gifted - they've got it all already - I'm not gifted - modding isn't natural to me and some of the screens and numbers and stupid things you have to remember do my head in. I'm persistent - stubborn and unrelenting. It probably takes me so much longer that it should but I ALWAYS get there in the end. How? Well, there is a lot to be said from taking inspiration from the game your playing. At the moment for me that's Fallout 4. I don't suffer from OCD - and I'm not mocking anyone who does - but my character you understand - my character uses JET - allows your character to get a whole lot done with a laser like focus - with such focus your character can ascend beyond what he/she is normally capable off - I wish I could get my hands on MENJETS or JETTATS or MENTAT-JET - that'd be ideal - that or possibly X-CELL, but I'm not sure it exists - I know it says it does, but for everyday playing-use it's a pipe-dream. Also, I've got a great MOD installed - Cannabis Commonwealth - I'm not playing any game without it - It's a work of are - keeps your settlers busy - makes them happy and provides your character with a bunch of buffs when you use this produce that your settlements are providing you with - FINALLY - they give you something to show you some appreciation for keeping them alive, safe and fed in an apocalyptic wasteland with DEATHCLAWS and crows and stuff. If you are like many people, unable to generate this for yourself you'll find vendors across the land - someone always knows someone - who can provide you with what you need. My IN GAME favourite is "Blunt of Durban Poison - Sensi, with hash" Now I've taken everything I need to allow me to get back to gaming rather than ranting and moaning. A couple of points I feel are worth making here. Humans are not a corrupt creature by nature - this is quite simply a generalization arrived at by a life time of living within the corrupt system that we are part off. The system is the problem - the role humans play within it is the miplaced believe that the system cannot be changed. If we simply change the colour of skin of all 100'000'000'000 human beings that have come before us meaning that Europe was colonized by blacks - whites lived in africa - blacks enslaved the white man - whites ended up in the ghetto's with little or no socio-economic opportunity - we'd have exactly the same situation as we have now - only we'd be just about to reach the end of the 2nd term of the FIRST WHITE PRESIDENT of the United States of America. As a Scot - I watched the whole run up to the 2008 American Presidential Election from the nomination of Obama to the complete disbelieve I felt when he was actually elected. A Black man in the White House - I so naively believed that a watershed had been smashed - that things would never be the same again - I felt hope and optimism then I'd yoyo and assumed he would be assasinated. From that to believing that surely this was the catalyst for the possibility of redemption for the human race. In my opinion - Barack Obama is without question the most decent human being to hold such high office in my lifetime. I believe that to my core - as good a man who could ever possibly make it to a position of such power. Now - never mind the fact that he inherited the Presidency at the worst of times - he's essentially achieved nothing - not for one second because he wasn't willing to try but because every call he made for non-partisan decisions to be made for the benefit of all was twisted into something else - by puppets acting on the interests of special interest groups - who are of course driven by money. You then have issues like drone strikes and someone of essentially good intentions is forced down paths that I believe will haunt him till his dying day. Rather than spew examples - I'll surmise it by saying that I believe a good man has held the office of President of the United States for the past 8 years and has found himself powerless against the system - has realised that he is just the latest in a long line of puppets serving this system. When a child is born - it knows no good or evil - just needs. What and whoever provides these needs - food, warmth, safety - hold huge sway over this blank canvass. The system has been at work on these caregivers for years now - they can't see the wood for the trees and all they end up doing is what the system did to them - filled them with the systems dogma - a completely false set of believes that life can never be fair - that it's us against them - through nursery, school - we are programmed to provide fodder for the system - because without our complicit acceptance of the need to "learn" just enough to provide a useful tool for the system - the system cannot survive. A system that is so badly broken because of the intervention at critical junctures in human developement of vested interests that we find ourselves in the horror that constitutes modern society. Imagine for a moment that rather than your first memories at school being off not fitting in - but rather of your peers being more or less equal. They have warm safe houses - just like you - they don't go hungry and neither do you - that communities are all working together for the greater good. That Co-Operation - not competition is the driving force behind progress. That material wealth is shunned because it's a bad joke right. You have everything you need - mechanization does the largest part of all menial labour meaning if your parents work at all - it's the exception not the rule. Your parents are not embroiled in this unecessary battle to provide - because the neccessaties are provided regardless of who you are or what you do. Your not bombarded with this endless torrent of false needs - your not scared into believing some malevolant false god is watching you - your not forced to view wars that make no sense but your told they do by so many sources that you start to believe it. Their are not areas you can't goto or people or groups you can't speak to or work with. Their is no evil force watching you - forcing you to follow rules and laws that are completely unfair and make no sense. People - now largely free of the slavery we accept today are free to live their lives however they see fit - they've spare time - time they don't have to spend worrying about putting food on the table - or waking up in the morning hit immediately by the realisation that they have to spend the next 10 hours doing something they hate - or be considered failures and outcasts by a sick and deluded society. They wake up knowing that the majority of their lives is spent doing what makes them happy - if they take on a vocation it's for all the right reasons - not in the persuit of the accumulation of pointless material goods. The allocation of the earths resources are distributed evenly to make sure everyone has their basic needs met and stupid inferior good are no longer made & hyped then fail because they were designed to by a system that is desperately needing to be murdered and the quicker the better. Developement of technology is no longer held back by lack of investment - not because the technology is not fantastic but because it adversely effects the current status quo. Minds who choose to seek to better technology for transport energy etc - are no longer bought out and shut down never to be heard of again because it would make current vested interests obsolete. Your entire life since birth has been a system where people are working towards the common goals of ensuring no one finds themselves in the kind of poverty that causes so much of the issues we face today - that if a disease - no matter how rare - the cure is persued as vigourously as any because we all matter - not because a certain drug won't be profitable. Families are able to look after older generations because their no longer part of this horrific artificial rat race that passes for human culture. If all you know is poverty - if all you understand is me versus them - how the hell are you supposed to be mentally well enough to wake up and say - YES - I'm gonna just change my situation - I'm gonna get that job that doesn't need to be done - it's an artificial construct made so I can be paid in an artificial construct so I can barely survive - I'm so ill because I hate that every day I have to do something so menial and repetitive and things never get better - yet you have people who've no concept of abject poverty saying - you have to change things yourself - you've been abused and broken - faced loss and pain since the first thing you remember and suddenly your to wake up and fix your own mess. Do people consider the degree to which the most unfortunate are broken - it's not lack of will - or some failing - they ARE VICTIMS - not of a colour of skin but of a system that values you only on your ability to buy things you don't need or that have been built to fail so you have to keep torturing yourself doing a horrific job easily done by machines - only the machines are not used because they don't buy things they don't need so the progress is not made and we continue to pander to the system. Yes - there are humans who serve the system - media - politicians - but they're victims of the system as well. They're only exposed to corruption because it's part of the system and it's accepted as the social norm. These people are not evil - their just playing by the stacked odds the system has rigged against them. I do not fear anybody because of the colour of their skin - I fear what they are capable of because of what the system has done to them - and I accept that in most cases that if I had lived their lives I would be holding the f*#@ing gun and not sitting here typing about it. Why does anyone think their so special - that they would be considered moden day "success stories" if all they had know was povery abuse neglect and a system that clearly considered them worthless and considered their lives as worthless - not because of anything other than the hand they were dealt. It's not colour of skin - it's not humans that are the problem anymore - it's the fact that we're so wired into this fake sad excuse for a matrix that we can't see past our own experiences - won't except that roles reversed we'd be the minority being demonized - hammered into us via every source of modern media. I was born in Edinburgh in 1974 - I grew up in Fife and I had no idea what a pedophile was until maybe the late 90's. I've no doubt they existed but we had street parties to celebrate random stuff - I knew all my neighbours - and I felt no fear. I still feel no fear because I do not believe what I am told. My most horrendous memory from childhood was gettin caught knicking pea-pods from a guy who was going to ented them into some garden competition. I knew the word terrorism - because I lived in the UK and we had the troubles in Ireland beemed into our house every night. I lived thru a part of the cold war and knew nuclear obliteration was a possibility - Shuttle Launches were still an event and I remember seeing one blow up on the news. Back then they kept on trying - no matter how dangerous. I never believed at any point that the human race was doomed. The cold war ended - Reagan & Gorbochov - Glasnost & Peristroika - the fall of the Berlin Wall - not realising at the time that this wasn't a time of hope it was just a way of exporiting "democracy" - which just means that your putting a value on everything and everyone - a CASH value - all we do is export the ability to buy or own anyone. I used to drive taxi's for a living - for 5 years - I had some horror experiences during that time - about 10 in total through the thousand and thousands of hires I did - so whilst I cannot deny there will always be those among us who are irredeemable - maybe it is just their nature - that the overwhelming majority of people are just trying to get by - as agents and victims of a system that has been twisted so badly I now see it as the enemy. I wish it was like ID4 and I could just plug a USB into some goddam machine and end it so we can stop being manipulated and controlled as we are. I don't wish anyone any harm - I don't grudge anyone what they have - I don't want material goods I do not use and I'm willing to make sacrifices so others can see what I see - feel what I feel. Stop blaming the victims - consider yourself fortunate your to dumb to understand that they are victims - blame the system for breaking so many of us that we either cannot empathise with others or that we are so broken we can not longer understand that anything different is actually possible. I cannot stress enough that I do not believe we are chosen or special - I know were totally inconsequential in any grand scheme of sheer wonder nature has produced - but there is no reason at all for us not to reach a point where we say - NO MORE - these horrors beemed into our psych are just tools of manipulation - these unsurmountable challenges that can never be solved are constructs of agents of the system. It's so easy to pass judgement and yet so easy to understand that your in no position to pass judgement - and that includes the odd one that somehow escapes - YOU THINK THEY'RE REALLY DUE ALL THE CREDIT FOR TAKING CONTROL? YOU REALLY THINK YOUR IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING EVER? That annurism could pop at any time - that disease could hit you and you find no cure available because it's not profitable - to rare - feck you - your worthless to the system now anyway. I'm the product of my genetics & my experiences - I didn't get here through being in control of anything - I'm an agent of something else - I want no credit - I am no hero or visionary - I'm not a preacher - but I believe that we could be so much better - we have been in the past - but we've never been worse - now there is no excuse for not understanding - we have the internet - it may be the thing that saves us - or it may be one of the tools used to ensure our continued predudices and hatreds - we're not reliant on the local religious leader to tell us which witch to hunt - NOW WE HAVE TV - but all the tools are still available to us just now to find out for ourselves. At the moment there are all sorts of media out there - films - documentaries - thesis - TV programs - constantly with the message sitting in the background - or right in your face - that WE MUST DO BETTER. Question - where does your hatred come from - why are you unable to disect the crap your fed and just see what's plain as day. I hate doing this - but I'm not trying to fix the world - I'm trying to reach one person - I'm trying to open the eyes of anyone - it may be the one who knows the one who speaks to the one who lives next to the one who speaks on the internet to the one who eventually grows up and bumps into the one or marries the one who finally has the vision I lack - the oral skills to unite - I have to keep trying - I will not give up hope. This goes out to all my brothers and sisters everywhere - no matter colour of skin - misguided believes - of which I may be one - I don't care - despite my frustration - I believe in all of us - well almost all - a tipping point needs to be reached and everything can be so much better - not some utopia - but a world that makes sense - were bystander intervention is the norm - rather than worrying about what your peers think. A32-1 From FO3 was absent a sense of humour too.

STRONG. In terms of character and story they all have pro's & con's - at least they have some depth to them and some of the stories are interesting - 1st couple of times round. As for do they serve any purpose - ABSOLOUTELY NOT - the AI is hopeless - their essentially less than cannon fodder in terms of useful ness in battle - I keep em around for the occasional funny comment or observation - I don't hate the characters - I hate the fact they're as much use as a bag of spuds. In New Vegas - I forget the Vault number - the one that was flooded and full of ghouls - I used to take as many canine companions as I could find - set em to aggressive and wander in - they'd clear most of the place out and I'd follow pressing the occasional button - opening a door here and there but the dogs did 75% of all the killing - now I do 99.9% of all the kiling and they keep asking to talk to me at the dumbest times - I say - can we do this later, then immediately ask again if I have time to have that talk. I've a few mods installed that improves things slightly - but a total rework of the AI is needed - if somehow I've missed one and someone knows of one I'd love to be educated here. Why Strong? You always know where you stand - just how I wish it was in real life. EDIT:- Talking about New Vegas Companions - I remember the first time I had Boone with me - I was still pretty low level and learning the game - think I still had a bog standard laser rifle - but I'd given him a Sniper Rifle to use. He was the one doing all the killing - he was killing enemies and threats I didn't even know existed. Anyone facny porting Boone?

I don't have a legitamate copy of Enterprise - I had a legitimate copy of Windows 7 Ultimate and it "upgraded" to Win 10 Pro.

I'm yet to run into anything I'd need to overclock my AMD for. Witcher 3 & Fallout 4 are about as advanced as it gets on this machine - and neither is pushing it that hard. The install of the 1070 seems to have lestened the strain even more - I'm guessing saving it doing a few loops when the GPU was bottlenecking. I got the PSU because I could and after the 750W blowing up when I installed the 970 I decided having a top PSU was worth the investment. I have 4 drives, two SSD & two old school, 32MB Ram - a 140W processor, a 1070 gtx with the possibility of SLI and my extensive list of USB sticks & devices + external drives + charging devices for my leccy cigs, occasionally phones and my car all running from it. More to the point - all running from it without me worrying about it blowing up - so far at least, I don't think it's been tested. For my green streak - it's also ridiculously efficient.

Yeah - it could be one of this things that depends on the make up of your system - but my load times - from Clicking F4SE to game start are no placebo - we're talking instanteneous from where it was a fair wait before.
