How do you go about getting the request done? Do you have to pay a mod or make some sort of donation?

Hello Everyone, and Much respect to the Mod community First off, I would like to introduce myself to the boards. I am a huge fan of both The entire Elderscroll series, Skyrim in particular. It is my favorite game and I love to play it in my spare time. I am also a huge fan of the Masters of the universe series from the 1980s. I would like to make a request for a Masters of the Universe Original He-Man and Skeletor costume mod and their weapons. I would especially grateful for the He-Man powersword asap. I really wish I could mod and create things for the game. Do I need to contact a mod in particular, and I definitely willing to make a donation if required. Anyway here are my requests. He-Man: Original Armor/Costume, Power Sword (2 versions, both a longsword with sheath on his back, and short sword at the hip), Shield and Battle Axe If you can trow in Battle Cat that would be awesome! Is it possible to get a He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Mods? Do you have to pay someone to do the MOD or what? How can I get this made, the Original He-Man from the 80's armor (X -style), the Power-sword (longsword and one handed) with sheath on his back. I have seen all sorts of swords and armor mods.
