This is low quality of sun texture and after increasing it's intensity (or/and gamma curve) by one of these parameters in enbseries.ini: SunIntensity SunCoronaIntensity SunCoronaCurve you have that issue. The best solution is to find sun texture and blur it Photoshop, then save as dds or some other format which game read, but as uncompressed rgba 32 bit, not dxt1-5.
