Nearly all the mods I try to download will not install due to a sevenzipsharp bug, before I updated NMM it worked perfectly, now it wont, what is this bug and how do get around it???

ok, so it wont let me use some mods because of a bug in SevevnZipSharp, what tf does that mean? I don't even have SevenZipSharp. what should i do??
