Reevethelion

Vampires used to be really cool to play in morrowind and also in Oblivion. They've been badly nerfed in Skyrim, to the point where everyone plays werewolf instead. I was wondering if there was a way to make a mod to allow us to play vampire without being attacked on sight by everyone all the time? It would make it a bit more "decent" to play :D Thanks ^^

Everyone seems to complain about a new perk system that'd allow you to have the skills you specialize in without having to spend your perk points elsewhere. I thought a nice system would be to automatically have the perks adapted to your level unlocked. For example, as soon as you reach 100 in Conjuration, you automatically unlock the perk related to it. Perks don't unlock with your levels anymore but automatically unlock when your skill level reach the adapted amount. Would it be possible to make something like that? Thanks :)
