Update: After painstakingly swithing on every mod one by one i found the culprit. Even tho the mod was turned off in NEXUS it apparently still created the error. The mod was called Skyrim Configuration Menu v1.0 With the mod on, flashing candles. Mod off = normal candles. For anyone that might find the same problem.

Update: I've followed all the steps in this guide: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Make_Skyrim_Vanilla_Again to make my Skyrim Vanilla again. Now the candles are burning normally. This post can be deleted or kept. I will set my Skyrim mods back to where the were and post here with the problem when i find it.

Hello everyone, I've been using this site for years, never had a problem worth making an account over until now. This bug has been with me in Skyrim for a long time but now its beginning to bug me to the point i want to see a fix. I've Googled till my fingers were sore and haven't found anything helpful on the matter so i'm putting my faith in the expertise of the lovely ppl on this forum. I've made a video of the problem here: https://youtu.be/DOHspK-RGro So basically all the candles (and candle like objects such as goat horns, chandeliers etc) are flashing and not burning steadily. When making the video i had every mod turned off, so it happens in the vanilla game as well. I've tried with and without several mods including realvision, enhanced lights and FX, theFlicker, True Torches, Ultimate Fire effects. Also tried to change graphics settings to lowest and highest and all in between. Everything without any difference. Does anyone have any idea as to the solution to this weird bug? Computer: i7 4790K 16GB HyperX Nvidia GTX 760
