Thanks. I've uninstalled the mods I recently got since this happened. They were from Oldrim so probably not compatible, but after getting rid of them I still can't launch the game....I'm gonna disable all my mods and see what happens. EDIT: There was one mod I missed that caused the whole problem. Fixed now

It just doesn't make sense. Hopefully this isn't too rare and there's a fix somewhere, if I find it I'll post it here....

I am completely stumped... So I've been playing SSE with about 50 mods for about a couple of months now, with no major problems. Until out of nowhere, after just playing FO4 the other day and SSE minutes earlier, the game just won't show on my screen. Literally, whether I run the standard launcher or SKSE....it never pops up. I'd consider myself a little bit tech savvy and I've done a number of things to try and fix this. Here's a list of everything I've done, I was hoping if there was anyone out there with other ideas? Or am I completely screwed? I have Vortex (which hasn't had any problems before) and tried running the game normally through it and with the SKSE tool. I tried uninstalling Script extender and reinstalling I tried verifying the game files with Steam I tried running the game directly from the folder I tried running with Steam several times, including Big Picture I uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it Ran task manager, and the game is RUNNING. Tried ending process many times NOTHING! None of these worked. Has anyone ever seen this before? Please help. WTF is going on lol. Oh and FO4 plays just fine smh
