  1. Update:- Having returned to a dual screen set-up I am now able to view the preview window without error. To say this is a confusing frustration is not an understatement. I have the technology, the technology works (most of the time) but I am stumped as to why a dual screen set-up can cause a problem like this. Dual screen modding FTW!
  2. All the official DLC are now dependancies that the mod has. The DLC situation is not the cause of this - I am able to run multiple masters in my mod build. The DLC were all loaded last time I worked on this mod and I was able to use the preview window with no issues. It was working fine earlier in the evening (as I stated in my O/P) so this developed between the time of running two screens and then returning to one.
  3. Hi there. I am not sure if this issue has been encountered by anyone here but i have come across a problem in the CK. I was working on an old mod fixing issues that hadn't been discovered before I published it on the Steam Workshop. Normally, my Acer monitor is connected by VGA cable to my GTX560ti and everything is cool. Tonight I decided to opt for a two screen set up for modding purposes. I ran my GTX into a different monitor via HDMI and ran my iGPU HD3000 to my usual VGA connected monitor. All was good and I was able to preview everything before putting it in the house. Job done, I decided to revert to my usual set-up. I shut the computer down, plugged in the usual bits and set to testing my mod. After I had tested my mod I continued on a single screen set-up and reloaded the CK. Once I had loaded my mod into the CK I went about editing some of the parts that I felt were wrong, but every time I tried to call up the preview screen, nothing came up. An egg timer popped up to indicate the computer was working something out but still no preview. I have tried to uninstall an re-install the CK but that didn't solve anything. I also deleted the drivers for the iGPU in case that had caused an issue. Having searched google to see if anyone else had this problem I quickly noticed a pattern of a d3d9.dll issues created after using an ENB. I have never used an ENB with this installation of Skyrim so I know that that is not the issue here. My rig is as follows - GTX560ti - 2GB Zotac 8GB Crucial Ballistix RAM 1TB HDD i5-2500k (with HD3000 iGPU) Cheap mobo. Any help or suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks for reading.
  4. I have recently updated to the 1.9 patch (which Skyrim did without permission) and now my game crashes on the start up menu. I have checked to make sure my workshop content is up to date and now trying to make sure my mods in NMM were up to date, I have found that NMM has duplicated the mods I have from Nexus and now, each time I load I see duplicates of all my mods. I have tried to delete the mods which are duplicates but whenever I restart the NMM I find that the mods have been duplicated again. I have also tried to update my mods using the NMM but I have yet to find a way to update my mods using NMM which doesn't require me going back to the nexus site and downloading each mod again individually and then uninstalling the old version manually to then install the new mod using the NMM. If anyone can help with updating my mods using NMM which doesn't have me going through the rigmarole of uninstalling manually and reinstalling using the manager I would be very grateful.
