So, I had the Partiality Launcher installed previously, but just could NOT get the "extended hotbars" mod to work, even after following the instructions for installation. Shortly after that, Outward stopped working all together; it would CTD rather than launch after main screen menu. I thought, "Ok, just reinstall, that should fix it," right? I did so, but didn't remove Partiality. Game CTD'd again. So, I deleted Partiality and reinstalled again for good measure. Game works, but now I can't get Partiality to load my mods again, even though I know the APPID, and followed the mod-install steps. Did I miss a step or something, here? Any help would be appreciated.
