Hey, I had the same issue. And I have a lot of the same mods as you. Been running the vast majority of what you are for quite a while now. However, I threw in Misty Skye on a lark just recently. No issues until I got close to Sarethi Farm. Then, just like you, game froze. No clue why. Restarted, went to same area, same thing. I disabled the Misty Skye esp, tried it again. No issue at all. So try that, if you haven't figured it out yet yourself. Disable the Misty Skye esp, see if you can go to that area now.
