I've been having quite a bit of trouble getting Morrowind to work with MGE XE enabled. I had just decided to get back into Morrowind so I got the MGSO. Installed everything fine, all seemed to be well, but when I try to run the game, after the Bethesda logo, the game will instantly crash every single time. I've tried moving my steam installation out of program files, I've tried disabling UAC, I've tried redating the morrowind .bsa's and .esp's using tes3cmd, running as administrator, running morrowind in compatability mode for windows xp service pack 3, and disabling internal MWSE. I'm absolutely certain MGE XE is causing the problem, as if I run it with "Disable MGE in-game" checked, the game runs perfectly fine, but I'm at a loss as to how to fix it. As far as specs go, I'm running it on windows 10 64-bit with both integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 and Nvidia Geforce 950M. I'm not running any mods that aren't included in MGSO. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Morrowind's greatness is extended even further with the distant land MGE XE offers, and I'd be most disappointed to not be able to utilize it.

I was pretty sure I had everything as far as .esp's go, but I simply decided to use just better cities and just use the open cities option within it. This solved my problem, so it seems to be some issue using better cities and open cities reborn together.

I've recently installed the steam version of Oblivion on my pc once again as I prepare to mod oblivion, and everything was running smoothly until I tried installing Better Cities. Whenever I try opening the game with Better Cities active, the game will get hung up on loading before getting to the main menu, and I then have to alt-tab and end the program because it becomes unresponsive. I have tried changing load order, I've used BOSS, double-checked that everything I have active should be active according to installation instructions, but still nothing. I have a bunch of mods but I'm quite certain Better Cities is the culprit as the game will open fine without it. Any help is appreciated. Active Mod Files:
