  1. Something broke with the 4.04a update, as is normal for updates. If you are using W3 on GOG you can fix it for now while waiting for a working 4.04a fix by deleting the merges(the "game/player/playerinput.ws(mod_sharedutils_storage)(mod_sharedutils_tiny_bootstrapper)" merge specifically) in the W3 Scriptmerger utility, then in GOG going under "manage installion - config", disabling auto updating and then revert to the previous 4.03 game version. Then IF you updated the ProgressOnThePath mod for the new 4.04a game version(it does not fix the PopUp and RadialInput errors for me either, despite the scriptmerger reporting no problems) you need to go the nexus and download the previous version of the mod, and paste and overwrite the bin, dlc and mod folders to the older version of the mod in the w3 main folder, otherwise you will get new conflicts with the previous version of the game and the new version of ProgressOnThePath, if you did not update the mod the new version, that is not needed. In both cases also run the scriptmerger utlity again. If you are using W3 on steam, i dont think they offer a simple way to downgrade versions, so follow this guide https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-downgrade-steam-games/. (havent had to downgrade on steam personally). Otherwise im curious what the potential cause is, can you post a screencap of ur mods in the mod folder, so i can see which mods we have in common other than ProgressOnThePath, since i dont think the mod even uses the radial wheel in any way? But people are also complaining about some bugs on PC related to the radial selection wheel with the new update, without any mods installed or relating to any mods. Seems like a quick port from the console version, without any proper testing on PC.
  2. They are going to make TES6, they just released FO4 last year, so get the stick out of ur ass. Morrowind is pretty nice with the easy to install overhaul tbh. I would have really loved to see Oblivion instead, it's the game received the least love by the modding community.
  3. Spent months getting like 200 mods to work together properly, and now they release a new one ? RIP all the work, gotta replay the new one anyway... obviously
