Is there any way to use enb with steam community on?

As soon as OBSE needs steam overlay on and ENB need steam overlay off we can't run and ENB beacause the ENB needs OBSE to run but the ENB can't run if overlay is on wich is a probleme beacause OBSE needs the overlay. So basically as far as I know we can't.
