I'm having almost exactly the same problem, but can't even download the main files. I've been redirected to 209.197.7.132:9091 and 209.197.7.111:9091, among others. I've tried it in three different browsers (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome), with the same result every time. I tried it without logging in first, then logged in and tried again, but still without success.
