I'm having the same problem. Editing all inis mentioned and removing the "read only" flag from them didn't help at all. Could you post your load order to see if we have a mod in common that could be the problem? My load order: EDIT: So, I've tested on a non-modded save and on a new save with all my mods, both of them doesn't have this audio problem. While I don't want to assume The Frontier is the problem, it seems to be the source of all my recent woes. Are you currently on the "Liberator" quest in The Frontier (if you have the mod)? It seems that this problem started with it. EDIT 2: Yup, found a variable that turns off the music in the end of the previous quest in the GECK, but no variable to turn it back on. Just changing it didn't do anything, since the quest was already over, so I'll try to use the console to fix this. EDIT 3: Just as I thought, it was The Frontier. Input "set TFMusicState to 0" (without quotes) in the console and the music will go back to normal. Going to report this in the mod page.

According to comments in the Frontier page and my snooping around in xEdit, The Frontier is definitely the culprit. Shame, it's such a good mod so far.

So, for some reason, some npcs get raptured. By that I mean they literally vanish, sometimes right in front of my eyes. I have Stewie Tweaks, NVSE NX, NVTF, and the Heap Replacer on. EDIT: To clarify, the npcs that vanish are from everywhere except the base game, but including DLCs. And even then I'm not sure about the base game. Also, I tried teleporting to the vanished NPCs, ended up in a different cell than I previously was. Can't say what it was because the game froze before loading it. EDIT 2: Did some more testing, and managed to teleport to the NPCs. On the cell, a message appears about me dying if I approach a camp, and then I immediately die. This is extremely similar to a bug where I was teleported to this place without warning and killed immediately, so I assume they're the same. After I die, the game freezes. I'll try to test it further and take a screenshot of the message. EDIT 3: Some more testing, activated godmode to not die, game still freezes anyway. Managed to print the messages and console errors. According to console, the place I and the NPCs get teleported to is beyond the world boundaries, which is corroborated by visual evidence. So, I've seen some bad rendering and weird black polygons appearing on terrain in Dead Money and Honest Hearts. Don't know about the other DLCs since I haven't tested them yet. Worth noting that all mods that add new worldspaces that I've tested don't have any issues. Tried many similar situations online, none of the fixes worked. Only thing that did get rid of the shapes was the command "SLP 0", which got rid of a lot more than just the black polygons. I've taken screenshots of the polygons in Honest Hearts, but not of the bad rendering. Also, I haven't taken any of Dead Money, since I had decided to just accept it and try my best to ignore it, but now it's impossible.
