I think if any one is up to it a mod to simulate hunger would be interesting. In my vision you would have to eat more then just one or two food items to maintain your full health and thirst would be a factor aswell. Maybe make it so you have to eat a large amount to top off stamina or health but could maintain for up to two or so days without food and a half a day without Ale. Even better would be if you could also tweak the odds of finding food in containers to be less likley so hunting and farming would be more important.
