I opened a sword texture in GIMP and added runes to it, now I'm looking for a way to make those runes glow in the dark in game. Any advice?

Actually to clarify I like the look of Banded Iron Armor but I want it to be considered Iron Armor for the purpose of any perks :sweat:

I just realized that my Banded Iron Armor does not gain the benefit from the Matching Set perk when wearing it with Iron gauntlets, boots, and helmet... Can anyone help change this inconvenience or help direct me to a mod that already fixed this problem? Thanks

I'd like a mod that hides my helmet, because I play as an Argonian and I prefer not to wear helmets, hats etc. If a mod could be created to make my helmets invisible, but still grant the stats (especially the stats from say the light armor tree that requires that I wear light armor on all spots) I would be happy.
