Anyone know how to have the Lua usable / tweakable ? Or if there is a tool for that ? thanks !
-
anyone know how to read .lua ? seem they are encrypted
-
edit : nvm, didnt get that you open the .pak and not the .zip
-
if there is a unpaker, if the game take into consideration the files extracted ( like back in time for Crysis1 & 2 ) the modding is going to be fairly easy tho. I would love to see that happen, the weapon position really need to be fixed -_-"
-
Set the combat fov the same as the exploration fov. They narrowed it way too much
-
considering the MEA modding have started, lets hope someone can figure out how to have a separate tweak for the combat fov
-
I would also love to be able to separately control exploration / combat fov. The combat fov is indeed darn too tiny. ( or else when you explore to setup a "decent" fov, then in combat go in the menu to setup the max possible fov, that's insanely annoying )
-
saddly, you cant have separated fov for "exploration" and "combat" Everytime i enter combat i go in the menu to set the fov to the max, otherwise, its insanely narrow :( Would love to see something to fix that :/

Existing mods you want recreated for Fallout 4
wootwoots replied to Taejang007's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Clearly need that one for fallout 4 First person gun position adjustment http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59409/? -
because even if you can change the fov, the the 1st person weapon position is WAY too close to the "camera", all weapons should have some offset re-positioning to have a descent effect
-
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59409/? this, but for fallout 4 :p
-
hm, that would be strange to not have "weapon stat file" even gta5 have this kind of file with offset values. Guess thoses information are for now hidden in the fallout4.esm. damn that's sad, i really dont like thoses "weapon in your face" position >:o But yeah just with the BAE saw nothing... :/ Nice to know that someone else want to change that too xD
-
Hello, since i dont have skyrim nor the creation kit I cant open the fallout4.esm ( or if someone know how to without the creation kit i'am down ) So i was wondering if there is weapon files ( and i suppose there is to store weapons stats ), and especialy, if there is a way to offset thoses damned weapon position in first person. Many games have something like "fp_offset" / "fp_rot_offset" ( considering its something like xml or so ) thanks !

First person Weapon position offset mod
wootwoots replied to wootwoots's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
No one ? ppl like "weapons in the face" like that ? http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/475476Fallout42015111718181976.jpg -
Hello. As the title say would be nice to have a weapon offset mode, because well.. even if sure we can set the "fov" via the console, the weapon position is clearly not natural :( So beeing able to have access to somes "offset X / Y / Z" would be just awesome :) A bit like here http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59409/?

can hard-coded key bindings be modified?
wootwoots replied to tti12cu's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Certainly because they are somes lazy a** devs, and dont give a sh*t about releasing a decent pc version of their game. Its certainly faster to hardcode a "default" keys than something to be able to change the said key... ( or have all keys like many games in a xml or something ) Better waste their time releasing thoses pointless smartphone app or whatever else than correctly make their game, Right ? --Sarcastic-- -
-Mod Wishlist- (what would "you" like to see in f4 ?)

- first person weapon position offset ! -
Well the only file that needs to be adjusted is the Fallout 4.ini main file. I messed around with these settings yesterday on Fallout 4 and discovered that they don't slide the camera, they swing it. AddY determines forward and back position in a sliding mannerPosX rotates the camera around the player horizontallyPosZ tilts the camera around the player verticallyThe game may have some new settings that need to be adjusted, if that's the case than it should be a simple ini tweak. Otherwise, it'll have to be modded. I'm going to poke around as much as I can, I'm not really a modder but I'm pretty desperate to get this one. Do you know if there is setting to "adjust" first person weapon model position ?
-
Would be nice to have a mod to correctly offset the weapon position in 1st person. The console fov xx is quite buggy and reset the view fov
-
+1 full keymapping would be very good ( if bestheda do not fix that.. )
-
Hello. i have personaly some trouble with the console command "fov xx" since when i close the console the the "view fov" reset but not the mode fov. Since, with the vanilla game the weapon is WAY too close.. so way too big at the screen, it clearly do not look natural. So it would very cool to have a mod to offset weapons, or just to set a "model fov" who work with the "fDefaultWorldFOV" and "fDefault1stPersonFOV" .ini command thanks :]

Hello, i saw that for CBBE you can import the default skeleton.. but when i import a armor .nif in 3ds max the link to the skeleton in the nif importer is Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets\skeleton.nif but... i do not have this file in my skyrim folder... so how can i get the skyrim female default skeleton ? thanks :)

Hello, since i personaly dont like the archimage's robe or the morokei mask, i would like to know if someone would be able to put the archimage's robe on the thalmor's robe since this robe is really more beautifull, or make a enchant with the archimage's robe stat to enchant another robe / armor with that. And a bit the same request for the morokei mask... put the stat on a crow or something a bit less ugly xD Or if someone know how to that, is it possible to explain what soft to use to realise that and files to modify ? thanks :)
