Currently working on allignment and follower commands (Sit, Lay, Follow, etc)

  2. I dont see any options for mount / ride in the object window, wondering if anybody know where to change these settings. I tried to make a dragon mount but that's too hard at the moment, so first I am going to try and make a Snow Sabre Cat follower / mount, but I can't get the "Press E to mount", even tho I added the saddle transformation bones to the skeleton just like the horse.

if anyone is currently working on something similar or you have seen the options let me know, thank you.

  3. Mod: Dragon Mount

    So far:

I managed to add the SaddleBones from horses into a new dragon skeleton called DragonMount, I added the correct transformation nif just like the ones in the horse skeleton. I added my new actor folder into my steam folder (Data Meshes Actors DragonMount) I went to the creation kit and copied the dragonrace to create DragonRaceMount (using the DragonMount skeleton), I copied Paarthurnax NPC and changed a few of the stats like race, aggression, AI, etc... When I launch the game, and I spawn Paarthurnax Mount the game crashes :(

Also, in the preview I cannot see the Paarthurnax model... might be the reason?

  4. I am trying to create a new dragon (mount), using the animations that we already have... I cannot get the dragon to show the "Press E to mount" have been looking at Races, actors, etc... no luck.
  5. Hello,

Before creation kit came out I modded my house using the console, I added a real basement and expanded a few rooms. Added all the crafting tools you will ever need and overall made it feel and look better. When I tried to look at the location / cell using the creation tool I saw my old proudspire manor. Is there anyway to release my house for download without recreating everything again?

  6. Hey all,

Using the creation kit I made a new item called Nightingale Heavy, it is a Nightingale Hood, classified as a HEAVY HELMET, with Ebony material. You can craft it through the Ebony tab, and enchant it with whatever you want... but I am not able to upgrade the item. When I go to workbench to upgrade it to legendary it does not show in there.

I was wondering if someone could help me, thanks.

  7. I suggest you download any mods that change sounds, look under which directory they are from and see if you can find the ones you are looking for.

I am not really a sound person but I did find the folder for shouts that you might be looking for.

    \sound\fx\voc\shout

is where the .wav files are for the shouts.

  8. I moved all the crafting tools into the basement so that the main floor would stay as a living area, this is how the basement looks now:

if anyone has any suggestions of what I should do next let me know :)

  9. I decided to make my secret room a very "dark" room... here is what my secret room currently looks like. Once they fix vampire I will turn it into my sleeping room :)

All hail Molag Bal! PRINCE OF EVERYTHING EVIL!

  10. Can someone help me?

I have Fallout 3 Mod Manager, TESsnip, snifskope, etc...

I want to upload my SolitudeProudspireManor (the whole house) into a .esp file... how could I do this? The reason I want to do this is because I have fully customized the house with an extra level (real basement) and changed many of the objects inside also fixed the wall glitch by the fire and mannequin.

  11. Well, I am happy to say I am done making the basement now. All that's left is expand it one more room and it will match the floor above. These are some screenshots of the finished floor.

I made a secret room using the suspicious cabit and the door wall. It looks pretty nice. The first one is a regular wardrobe and the last one is the suspicious one.

    That looks great! :D

I decided to give this stuff a go today (mainly because the glitched out wall near the mannequins was annoying me bad). I managed to fix that, re purpose the "bedroll room" into a fully functional blacksmith/forging room (along with symmetrically placed dragon head plaques and a couple working chests), and added various candles/ to the whole first floor. I really got inspired by what you're doing after I was finished, so I decided to do something somewhat similar. Except, I'm trying to find out if there is a way to create a "cavern" of sorts under the house. If all goes well I eventually plan to utilize that "hidden room" as an elevator down to the cavern.

I play the game as if I'm a medieval-ish Batman of sorts (I'm in the process of modifying the Nightengale armor/hood to get the look I want without killing the original aesthetic) and I'm hoping I can eventually create a somewhat functional "batcave".

So... I guess I just wanted to say thanks for the info and inspiration.

BTW: would you happen to know a resource where I can lookup the object codes of all the useful room building models? I've been using the ones posted earlier in the thread, but I'm looking for more variation as I get lower beneath the house. I can't figure out TESsnip for the life of me ^^; I can wait on the really intricate stuff... but I'd love to at least get the codes for the doors and stairs for now.

    thanks :P

I am uploading a video right now to show my current main floor and basement, it looks great and it has a nice feel to it. As I was looking through the architecture folder I recall seeing some models for house caves and all that, but I don't remember where. The best way for you to find ids would be to look at the meshes in a folder (once you unpack them) using TESsnip then copying the name of the desired model, and use Fallout Mod Manager to search skyrim.esp for that model (using the find option) then click on it and look for the ID.

  13. I have been working on the basement now, I know a lot of people like to make their house extremely huge... but I try to stick with reality and just focus on making my house more beautiful.

This is how I started working on the basement:

I am not going to make it as big as the floor above, but I will add a secret room in between both of these areas and place a bookshelf door in there.
