I've got this issue as well, however when I try to disable, remove, uninstall a mod, it just installs itself again after deployment. How do I remove a mod from my witcher 3 game managed by Vortex?

Hi guys Yesterday i installed new mods (via mod manager) and did some changes in the graphics options (skyrim Launcher). But when i started the game it would'nt load the two DLC's Dragonborn and Dawnguard. Ive tried uninstalling all mods (via mod manager), "restore defaults" in graphics options and tried deactivate/activate the DLC .esm files in mod manager. Nothing seems to activate the DLC's, but the core game it self is functioning normally all DLC content (gear, quests, areas) are missing and the save game gives med the message that "something is missing blabla" Anyone have a tip to get it working again? Thanks!
