As the title says, since tmm 1 only shows them on the map you cant fast travel to them as they arent discovered yet, didnt find any command to do so, maybe it can be modded?

Recently started the game again from fresh, came across this image below where it shows your stats on the bottom right and wondered if this is a mod or not? if so which one?

There are trainers that can teleport you to any location that you marked, but it can be buggy and put you under the map so you have to load a save.
