uGridstoLoad 11 worked and now I can play my save games. Thanks to all that helped :D

Yes, I had changed it in my previous install but now I've change my uGridstoload to 7 (followed this guide) http://www.geforce.com/Optimize/Guides/five-fast-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-tweaks-guaranteed-to-make-your-game-look-even-better and i still can't seem to load it.

So basically I played Skyrim for about 50 hours the first few days that it came out then stopped for awhile then got a new computer and installed Skyrim in it and tried to load my save files and I keep crashing as soon as I load. I don't have many save files just the few latest ones because I didn't think it would be necessary to back up the whole save file folder which was really big 1GB+. I was using a bunch of mods and texture mods on my old computer but now with the recently installed game I tried to load my save games and I just get a crash so I thought it would be because I didn't have all the mods from before so I re-downloaded them and re-installed them but it didn't fix the problem the game still cashes when I load any of my old files. I tried started a new game and it worked fine and played for about an hour without any problems but it just wasn't the same...don't feel like I wanna do the same quests and stuff twice. So basically what I need to know if there is any ways I can use my load my old save files again? I would like for someone to create black lighting spells by using the the soul trap spell graphics(black purplish lighting) with the different lighting spells animations to create new lighting spells or replace the existing ones. I think it would be way more awesome then standard lighting!

Ok, fair enough then i think I'm safe to turn it to the highest difficulty, thanks and what about my second question anyone know the answer?

How Exactly? I know you deal less damage to enemies and enemies do more damage to you, right? But is there anything else like AI changes or does it become harder to level up skills? etc. Also does the level of the magic skills I use to fight determine at the rate of which that skill levels? For example using Chain Lighting would grant me more EXP towards next level than casting lets say sparks or is it the same?
