I downloaded the game from Steam, it is 100% legitimate. I was playing the game just fine yesterday, and even tried a few mods; perfectly fine. Then I decided to try an ENB and since trying to do that (which didn't end up working anyway) I can't even start the game. I have downloaded "missing" DirectX files, I have ran the game as admin, I have run it in Win8 compatibility mode, I have uninstalled, and re-installed the game twice, trouble shooting... No luck.
