Ever since I got Fallout 4 the framerate on it has been bearable, but the moment I entered the Corvega Plant it got terrible. I've tried everything I've seen on the Steam forums and the Gamespot forums and nothing has worked. I changed my shadow distance, I turned Vsync on and off with borderless fullscreen and without it. Nothing I've tried has improved my framerate to where it's stable at the bare 30 fps wherever I am. Certain places I get a solid 45-50 and others I can go as low in the single digits. I just want to be able to run it at 30 fps wherever I am. Whether I'm on ultra or low there's only a slight difference. Someone please help!
My specs are:
GPU - GeForce GT 755M,
CPU - Intel Core i7-4700MQ 2.4 GHz
8 GB of RAM
