Still no luck.

Hello. I am trying to install a mod called 'Northern UI' into my game, but not all the textures are loading in, like the loading screens, or the cursor. And before anyone tells me 'oh, re-date your bsa files' or 'use BSA redirection', I have. I've tried everything at this point, and nothing seems to be working. I got it working 1 time, but i don't know how. Any help would be very appreciated. And only this mod is installed so far. Thank you in advance.
