I'm dealing with this same bug, but I don't have Birds of Skyrim. From what I can tell, this bug is affected by the amount of loaded entities in the gameworld. That said, anyone know of a proper fix to this?

I'd like to know how to do this as well. I run into this problem frequently with Illia.
