I am no professional like many others on the forums, but I am pretty sure it's a texture problem. I may be imagining but I think there is a sub texture on the model that regulates how lightning effects work on it. Still, you'd be better off waiting until someone with more experience helps you. -

Well, that's something new in terms of character design and psychological progression . :laugh: I can say for sure, that you will do something monumentally awesome with this, I just know you will, A romance plotline does sound awesome, even it you are unsure of how well it will play out. I think FNV needs more of those, the only one I can remember as of now is Willow. if you don't mind me expressing my opinion on the subject of traveling between the worldspaces, I think that it shouldn't be allowed. It gives the player all the more reason to be prepared for the journey. A reason to get his best armor and his best gun. And I'd say it would make the Utah experience even more memorable.- 2098 replies

So counting the fact that the F4 site was a fake ( actually obvious, at least for me), it makes it even harder for me to lose such a great modder. @ xasosbob: I thought of Nellis. But really it's impossible to get a large amount of strange looking, armed and easily annoyed "russians" through the Boomer territory, especially counting the fact that Boomers look remotly like the US army Pilots. That is actually the only reason I have to use the Searchlight aeroport. -

Alrighty then, I guess I should contribute some ideas a) If the exoskeletons can be in the project, I guess all the equipment the village has is from some stortage that contains a disent ammount of equipment from the USSR. Why the facility has such a stortage? Because this village is just a first part of the project, with the second part being creation of soldiers for infiltraion of the USSR army. For the training of such units the facility needed to have army equipment from Russia. Something like that could actually work out. b) How the courier got in contact with the village ? Well the logical thing would be....get hit in the head by a scout party from the vilalge. After wich the courier is awekening inside the interrogation chamber of the village with two KGB agents ( who act as the sort of goverment in the village) speaking ( in russian I guess )about you and writing down unusual features ( maybe facemarks from bullets that you were hit with, maybe a possible script so that if you are wearing faction armor a comment on that armor). After some dialoge you would get an opportunity to speak, and at that moment players skills would play out 1) If you have enough intelligence you could try and say a few sentances in russian, after all courier learned some latin phrases. Why couldn't he somehow learn some russian? 2) Another way could be the use of finger language to comunicate with the agent. 3) The hardest way would be to maybe do something, or maybe break out of a prison ( wich might be mine for prisoners )for caught wastelanders ( possible questline) Talking about the questlines, currently I've for only two in mind . The already mentioned Prison questlines that culminates into break out and total rampage inside the city, and another one could be started if you didn't uncover the truth behind the village. In it the courier learns that the "russians" belive themselves to be captured by the old USA goverment, and actually wish to get back home. They might be able to do so if they use a plane that is stationed in Searchlite Aeroport ( I actually don't remember if it had planes, but it's easier to use then the NCR filled McCarran ) the quest would make the courier to help the "russians" learn how to use a plane ( Nellis simulation program I guess), and get some radiation protection for them. After the quest a nice looking slideshow about the "russians" flying to Russia using old Navigation systems and learning something about the place. -
One more fact, the Penitos Oculatos is not just a personal guard of the Emperor, but also his personal assasins. And are oftenly used by the Mede dinasty to take out those who are a threat to the throne. Still even with me here ranting on about the idea, I would actually like to see some Morag Tong in Skyrim, even though they would never set their foot on Tamrielic soil normally. As an idea I would actually say that using the Civil war is not a good idea, since many players already compleated it and many actually chosen the Stormcloak side. So I would suggest to use the fact that House Hlaalu is almost eradicated, and after the Dragonborn incident many other Houses would use Morag Tong services to take out the most annoying members of the rival House.

Well Morrowind is not really on the island, Solsteim is more like a gift to the refugees from Vvardenfell. Most of the Morrowind goverment and population are on the mainland. Talking about the Imperial Official guild, even though they are legal in Morrowind they would never be used by anyone outside Morrowind, because it is twice easier to use the Dark Brotherhood witch, in the old days and during Dragonborn's guidance, are the most dangerous and succesfully working guild of assasins within the Empire's border. Also Morag Tong is a traditional dumer guild that was created during their time as Chimer. That is bassicaly the only reason why they were allowed to continiue their existance, that and the fact that Tiber didn't want to have trouble with Almsivi.

Hmm.. If I decide I have enough time to make this mod, perhaps I could use your character as the main NPC? Edit: I really want to establish the "writs" as well. The official assassination right you get on a marked target. If any Guard ends up trying to arrest you, a knew "Present Writ" option appears, if you have the writ in your possession for the marked NPC, any bounty or negative effects are removed, and your let off. However, your reward is still decreased for being spotted, since the Morag Tong still likes its assassins to work in secret. As far as it is known, the Morag Tong are legal only in Morrowind and are outlawed in every other part of Tamriel. So presenting the writ would most likely get the assassin killed and not freed. Also even though Morag Tong is a secretive guild, they don't really care much for stealth as most of their contracts, excuse me WRITS, are the so called Honorable Writs and require the assasin to kill the target in, bassicaly, fair combat.

LE Zahkrii Do Dovahkiin - Hidden DLC Dragonborn Sword

Well, I dont want to overburdend anyone that decides to make this mod, the ideia and the sword are already in the game, just hidden. I just suggested a new mesh for it because it has great potential! If anyone that makes this blade wants to make more weapons of the dragonborn, it would be nice, indeed! but i'm content with just the sword...that alone has proven to be a problem for it's creation :P Hmm...this is a sword that unlocks it's true nature when a specific shout is used, the "power of the ancients", but i guess we could have other interpretations of the power. Personaly, i would like this sword to be a item you could get in the beggining of the game and you could achieve it's perfect form with a shout, maybe a new power per word used. I would also loved to see the sword enhance it's offensive capabilities with the power of the dragonsouls you absorb (there is already a sword in the nexus that does that). So, a new power for each word of the shout (max three powers) and the damage output increasing for each soul you absorb (with a max, of course) Oh, I really thought that by "opening the sword's true power" it was meant that the sword's power opens up because of Dragonborn's shout . But well, a special shout is a nive idea too. -

Wow, this thing sounds really awesome. I was thinking about the enchantment in the sword and had this little idea. Maybe it is possible to make a sword act like a concentrator for a Thu'um . Just imagine you use a Storm Call shout while having a sword as your primary weapon, and after that a succesfull attack with it would summon a Lighting Strike, twice as powerfull as a standart Storm Call lighting strike. And just do such a thing for all possible shouts. Sorry for any mistakes in advance. -

Wow, man that looks more then just awesome! Can't wait to play it ! I actually think I'll disable the NVB 1 and 2 and then load them again so that I could replay from the start! New quests sound really awesome, and the preview of Dragbody's new Heavy Duster looks incredibly awesome! Can't wait for the updates and looking forward to Zulu!
