The estate seems to have nearly everything you could need. (save for its own shops maybe) but what about wants? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Just curious as to whether or not this would be possible given the severe limitations of the mod kit.

I'm sure you guys are tired of problems related this...but I hope you'll excuse me. Here's the problem: I thought of an idea for a mod and started to make an item for skyrim accordingly. Once I finished making this object in 3ds, I tried to export it as a .NIF and 3ds stopped responding. I've tried multiple things hoping it would fix it. I've applied a BSDismember modifier (even though you don't wear this item) and it loaded a bit more than last time...but still crashed. I got rid of any multi-sub materials because I heard that can be a cause of this. Any ideas? If need be, leave a message and I'll pm someone the file itself. Thanks in advance.
