FIXED - I was blind and overlooked the new 1.4 update to ASIS. I'm having a problem with ASIS causing a CTD on startups. I only have the Perk, Spell & Potions options ticked when running the .jar. In Wrye Bash it showed up as orange with the "error" "Masters have been re-ordered", I sorted the masters with TES5Edit, but it's still causing a CTD, and it's showing up as green in Wrye Bash with no errors, and I do not have any other errors in my mod list. I haven't changed anything in my load order after I ran the SkyProc patcher, and everything else is working just fine, however as soon as I add the ASIS-Dependency and ASIS esps, my game crashes.
