  1. You have to start them with admin rights. Had to do the same. Right click on the shortcut->compatibility->check run as admin.
  2. I for one have just a few things I would like: - Better textures for various stuff - A fix to the weird/ugly smiles some character (most of them female I feel) have - A mod that allows me to have a companion and still have my dog at the same time. Also let me rename dogmeat please. - something to let me make helmets and some armor invisible This would be enough at first for me.
  3. I had to fight with CTD the last days too. I found out that any mod that modifies ambient sound (like Sounds of skyrim) made my game crash, not NPC talking just background sounds. If you are using skse (which i guess since most mods need it). What also greatly reduced CTD was a change made to the skse.ini (located in skyrim/data/skse/). If you dont have such a file in that folder open a .txt file change the file ending to .ini and add: [General] ClearInvalidRegistrations=1 [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 save and start skyrim again. Maybe start with the ini changes and try if that fix it if not I would recommend to deinstall sound altering mods. I know it sad as I would so love to use them too but disabling them made my game so much more stable and combined with the .ini tweak my game doesnt crash at all anymore and I have 96 mods and an ENB active while playing.
  4. Hey, I have a weird ground texture problem. I have a lot of mods loaded. Deactivated for testing purpose mods that I think could be a problem but no change, Im using LOOT for loading order but that doesnt help either. Its also not ENB related since its only the ground textures that have this weird look evrything else is fine. Here is a screenshot: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=393043099 EDIT: Problem solved. It seems the newest ENB version 0.265 is causing troubles with parallax textures (i have no technical know how). The fix was this: http://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/2s35hq/psa_for_anyone_experiencing_stretched_terrain/
  5. I tried everything render related. With ENB,without ENB, with fire mod, without fire mod.Nothing worked. *sigh* seems like I realy have to do a clean install again and hope for the best. A question on the side when I do deinstall skyrim delete all folders etc. I should be able to activate the mods i had activated before easily again right?
  6. You could be right. The male while still having neck seam arent as gray as before while elven women look like this: http://i60.tinypic.com/33uct8l.jpg here is a screen of a male elve: http://i58.tinypic.com/i2rczq.jpg Could something like this be related to a ENB setting or maybe to the Ultimate Fire HD mod?
  7. That was a .esm file I created in order to fix the problem myself, which it didnt do just forgot to remove it afterwards since I gave up for that day.
  8. Sorry about the bump wont do it again. Here is the load order, what you cant see are the vanilla .esm files from skyrim. Skyrim.esm, update.esm, dawnguard.esm, Heathfire.esm, dragonborn.esm in that order. http://i57.tinypic.com/kdsaiw.jpg I have them sorted with LOOT since I have no clue how work oders are done right. I dont know how good the tool works. thanks for your help. :)
  9. Hi guys, I know its this topic again but I dont know what to do anymore, I dont really feel like re-installing. Why opposite day you might wonder? Well normally you get gray faces and normal colored bodys but in my case all wood and high elves have gray bodys but the heads are fine. I already opened the creation kit and tried to create new facegen data but it didnt work. Its only Wood and High elves (those 2 guys on the screenshot are woodelves right?) all other races are fine. Here a few screenshots, the first is a screenshot of the mods i have installed. http://i59.tinypic.com/4v5w5x.jpg http://i62.tinypic.com/2pyuw5x.jpg http://i57.tinypic.com/2s8h43t.jpg Do I have to do something different when the body is gray? Please help.
