  1. I've just done a fresh install and installed CBBE then Ida textures for the body and now the face has gone like this http://i.imgur.com/y0neHiw.jpg I've tried this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21956/? and this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21907/? and I still get the problem.
  2. I was going to post the same thing. Like maybe come up with a 'non-political' one that your team likes (e.g. St. Judea, Animal Rescue, domestic violence) and we can just all donate in the teams name. I'd be happy to give to a charity nominated by the skse64 team.
  3. Sounds like a cool mod. I'm not sure if one exists, but you could make a request in the mod requests thread. It would be neat to have like a book to open and have hand written notes as objectives. Mmm immersion.
  4. I'm looking for a mod which adds straps to two handed weapon scabbards, because I have a male Nord character who hates wearing armour, but it looks bad when he's got a 2h sword floating on his back with no straps to hold it there. I installed Bandoleers and the bare chest mod to go with it, but they don't look right. The bare chest mod clips my character on the back and the standard mod is supposed to be used with armor, so it floats around the body and doesn't fit right. I'm using barbarian light armor (can't remember which mod it was from) which is fine, but I can't go round with a floating weapon attached to my back, it would drive me nuts. Here's a couple of pics to illustrate my point. http://i.imgur.com/DxVEkPI.jpg Here's the bandoleer problem. You can see it clips the back and doesn't connect with the sword scabbard anyway. http://i.imgur.com/nyiI1Hj.jpg If anyone can recommend a mod which adds straps or a harness or something that would be great.
  5. Are Vivid Weathers and ELFX Weathers compatible? I don't think they are. ELFX lighting mods are fine, but not the weather esp. Try uninstalling just the ELFX weather mod. I'm not sure, but it's worth a try.
  6. Thanks for your work to all those involved and those who will use this in their own mod creations.
  7. This would be cool. I think you'd have to put the wanted level to maximum when you steal a ship.
  8. So when you're in close proximity to a space station your ship slows right down to around 200u or less depending on what upgrade your ship has. Sometimes you can fly at over 1000u, but only when the game feels like it. It's really annoying. If anyone knows how to set the proximity to a station or planet to be less limiting on your speed, it would really improve gameplay.
  9. I was looking for the same mod. I can't find it now.
  10. Now if I could just figure out how much memory to allocate for enblocal.ini. I get two different results from Boris' detect tool and my display adapter properties in windows 10, and now I'm reading on the STEP guide that windows 10 can only allocate a max of 4096 in DX9 games like Skyrim. Stupid Windows 10. I am disappoint.
  11. This is helpful to me as I just purchased another 8gigs of RAM today and also have a gtx 970. I was wondering if I;d notice any sort of difference.
  12. This guide helped me out a huge amount. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50214/? I would go through that whole page and follow each step which applies to you if not every step. The points specified in the enblocal.ini are especially important as they describe how to set up the amounts of memory to be allocated to enb. I have similar specs to you and use the formula as it's stated (Ram +VRAM - 2048) however there is some debate over how much to set these values to. I wouldn't go setting them too high even if your RAM + VRAM - 2048 is for example the same as mine (10,240) That is the max I think. I've looked for more recent explanation about what the newest enb does with that allocation isn't clear and Boris himself said (if I remember correctly from another thread) that formula isn't correct. However if you follow that guide to the T and remember to set up your memory blocks corectly as described in the section about Sheson's memory block, then you should be alright using that formula. Even though my memory according to that formula is 10,240. I stick with the values as such: ReservedMemorySizeMb=512 VideoMemorySizeMb=4096 I have 8gigs of corsair vengeance (same as you ) and a gtx 970 4gb. You can set the videomem higher depending on your card. I'm not sure about how it allocates crossfire, but I think it just sees it as one car, not both added up, just a singular card's worth of vram. Edit: If all that is confusing then watch this video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYgFihHMD4w Much better at explaining than me.
  13. I have a GTX 970 myself. Never regretted it. I only play on 1920x1080 scrub resolution though. Depending on what 970 you go for can have a big outcome on your experience. Not just about FPS. You don't want to have a card which is too loud. So that's why I went for an Asus 970 Strix, because it has a backplate which means unless your running a game the fans are off, consumes less power and it's quieter than your equivalent card without that extra heat dissipation. And it's till capable of getting results like this: http://i.imgur.com/nbgGCk5.jpg
  14. I have a problem where I cannot take a screenshot which shows the DOF in my ENB. I'm using the built in F12 shortcut as my keyboard doesn't have a prtscn button (useless I know). I can take screenshots without the DOF effect, but I want them to show up in the screenshot. I've tried various third party screenshot apps such as Greenshot, but they just give me blank screenshots with plain black. I guess the game overrides it or something. I've also tried the snipping tool, but can't get it to work.
  15. Sometimes the "small" mods are the best ones. Like for example The "Footprints" mod for Skyrim, although small is one of my all time favourites. And what's a small mod anyway? A small program or script or small texture replacer or model relacer or what? How small does it have to be to not deserve any endorsements? Who are you to say what deserves an endorsement and what doesn't? What type of elitist nonsense is this?
  16. Hi everyone, What I'm doing is setting up a fresh install on my new system. Haven't played Skyrim in a while and feel like pimping it up with beautiful landscape textures and new character animations, skins, armours (including npc's) and also some lighting effects. I don't have a high end PC, but it's about mid-range. So if you can give me any recommendations for a collection or pack for a general facelift of vanilla, that would be great. I think I should tell you guys that when it comes to installing them, could you give me a rough idea about which order to install them in? I've had trouble in the past trying to install several mods at once.
