I'd say instead of reversing the modifier to positive it should be halved as well. so instead pf +190 it should be +95. Otherwise it would get too easy. or why not more buildings to upgrade irrigation.

Sorry if this has already been asked before but how do I manage to edit armor values and hit points? I saw someone already did it on his own on bannerlord tweaks mod forum and decided I wanted to do this myself as well. So can anyone point me to the proper tools or articles about how to do this?
