  1. There was a mod I used to have installed that had a large water pump with two barrels at the front being filled with water. It was on a foundation with snaps Trying to figure out which mod added it. Anyone know?
  2. I've restarted the game after deactivating some new mods so I will try and watch and see if it happens again and if so what triggers it. If it does happen again I will put up picks and load order.
  3. Running the second latest update of fallout.exe. Started a new game have quite a few mods loaded. No new mods. At random points my character and companions end up looking like they are covered in a pale white film. Happens to some other npcs too. Any ideas what might be causing this?
  4. I love Alternate Settlements but as far as I know the creator has no plans to work on it further. If any modder were to create a mod that was compatible with it.. ie more rugs, wall and ceiling wallpapers (especially some plain basic pastel wallpapers) would they need the original authors permission? I am not suggesting using any resources from Alternate Settlements but it would be nice to see additional assets compatible with it. Hopefully that makes sense about to head to bed and falling asleep as I type. :)
  5. I couldn't find it under any of the SKE menus so I installed the non SKE regular version and still can't find it. I am thinking it got dropped unintentionally or otherwise or perhaps some mod is conflicting with it. Hopefully someone using Homemaker can confirm whether they can find it or not. I have a second install of Fallout 4 on another machine so I am also going to uninstall everything from it put in the version of homemaker that added the retaiing wall set and see wherer it was put when added. I suspect it might have gotten left out of an update or my menus are messed up. if anyone does see the set with current version of homemaker I would appreciate a quick note to sell me where it is in the menu structure.
  6. Somewhere around mod version 1.33 I think it was Homemaker added a retaining wall set. There were cobblestone floors and one that was a cobblestone floor with an open center area that you could plant a tree in. Does any one recall these parts and know if they were dropped from Homemaker? Looked and looked again and can no longer find them. Any help appreciated. If anyone knows of another mod that adds these pieces please let me know. If you look at the third screenshot on the Homemaker mod page those are the items I am speaking of http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478/? Thanks.
  7. I have that set to 0 but I am also getiting CTDs in Sanctuaryfor the last week also but for me it seems to be several items under the power category. Deleting , building or scrapping conduits the siren for attacks,, pylons or vanilla generators causes a CTD Other items may be affected that I haven't checked yet. Using disable via console will remove them items not sure if that causes any additional problems I did build a power generator from another mod and was able to connect some newly built items to it. Connecting to pre-existing pylons or devices caused a CTD. There are still some things like the siren I cannot build at all though without getting an instant CTD.
  8. I happened to be looking at a play boy bunny costume mod and then thought it would be nice to set up a casino in one of my settlements. Has anyone thought of porting over the new vegas casino stuff or I guess recreate something like that as they might not be individual objects in NV.
  9. A lot of times I find myself using foundation blocks to level out settlements. It would be nice if we had some designed for this purpose being topped by grass, crop furrows or basic dirt. If I have a hilly settlement and I want a nice level farm area or lawn havng custom built foundations that could be planted on would be nice. I think it would be easier and less buggy then sticking dirt plots over top of foundations when I do that my settlers don't like watking onto the dirt to do their farming they just stand around the edge. I would also find it very useful to have half and quarter height basic concrete foundations.
  10. In response to post #37164935. #37165125 is also a reply to the same post. Me too
  11. Not sure if this is possible but it would be nice to add a few new vendor/store types for settlements A butcher vendor similar to the one in Diamond City marketplace Construction Materials vendor - carries shipments of things like concrete, steel, wood etc Feed and Grain store or Fruit and Vegetable Vendor - selling various plant produce for planting or eating etc. Sports Store - Sells sports gear There may be a few more ideas out there for vendors/stores assuming this is a doable thing.
  12. When I install a new version of a mod say Armoursmith 2.2 and I have Armoursmith 2.0 already installed both done with NMM. I selected overwrite the previous version when installing the mod. Can I then delete the old version without messing anything up? And should I have instead removed the old version before installing the new version? Just trying to avoid losing items that were created by the old version of the mod. Sorry for the newbie question.
