add rare monsters, add mini-bosses wearing unique armor?

Would like to combat legendary foes.

Add roaming horsemen around.

I would like someone to make an AI for caravan drivers so that they don't run over other NPCs, flip over, and stop whenever they are about to flip due to a dynamic obstacle.

do all of them have friendly voiced lines? and what are the dialogues they possess? I need all of their dialogues.

I heard it's not that hard actually. The UI can be created in Flash and opened with SKSE's OpenCustomMenu etc. On the backend, a SKSE plugin starts Stockfish or other chess or poker engines and provides an API for the UI.

It wouldn't fit any armor set though.

But it's more like a quest mod though. Not a random encounter mod with generic NPCs.

It hasn't been done before and it won't be done, because most talented people are involved in other projects and in 5 years of modding no one has done it. You can argue that some mods do similar things, but that's a different thing.

I would like to see bandits riding on horses.

The guards should tell you that you can't enter the city with a horse, can't bring certain items in without paying a fee or can't enter the city during the night unless you are a champion.

Farmers may ask you to crush grains, feed animals, plant crops, harvest plants for money. Merchants may ask you to deliver a letter, escort them. Guards may ask you to assist them in their patrol, light the fire around the city, spy on someone. I want odd jobs to earn money.

I don't see anyone willing to make it.

I bet in 10 years from now, it won't be done.

Doubt it can be done. Would take upwards of 500 hours to make it.

I would like to see a mod that allows you to customize the random monster encounters in Skyrim and allow the user to activate encounters with monsters in the mod Immersive Skyrim Creatures.

I would like to see a mod that adds the creatures from Enderal.

There are very few mods using the Vicn creature pack even though the most popular mod Immersive Skyrim Creatures has ton of issues. I would really like to see a mod that's similar to Immersive Skyrim Creature, but allow us to have full control over spawn frequencies and spawn location.

It would be great if there was a meat store where you can have various cuts of meat.

A dozen of standalone mods doing this would be great.
