I have a feeling this may not be the right place for my issue, precisely. But I've looked all over and most other resources I could locate, and they include the disclaimer/direction "This is NOT where you should be posting support requests", so here goes. My Premium account processed, and I seem to be getting the upgraded download feature, *at times*. I live in Seattle, in the NW corner of the USA. The premium server the system defaults to is Dallas (presumably, being the closest geographically). However, if I use any server other than Kent, UK - the download creeps along at speeds that seem slower than the CDN server(s),with no multi-threading at all. Further, they often stall, resulting in the "999:99" ETA, So, if I manually override and choose Kent as my default, things work (sort of). A single download works fine. However if multiples downloads queue up (even coming from Kent) the same symptoms occur that I've described. I've checked my download speeds via the Nexus Download Diagnoser, Ookla, BroadBandReports and a few other online speed analyzers. The results are what I expect for my internet provider (Cablemodem with Download throughput rated at >20Mbps (actual results as high as 30-50 off Primetime). If this is the wrong place to try to resolve my difficulties, please direct me to the appropriate direction. I don't want to be a pest and be barking up the wrong tree. I understand your resources are finite, and I want to play by the rules. Sadly, I'm at a bit of a loss in my current situation. My thanks for your time, and kind assistance. Sincerely, Mike in Seattle MikeBH (on Nexus)
