Hello In the kings gambit quest i went for the colonel Hsu method and now im at the point where i have to return to the king with Hsu's offer and when i get there the NCR troopers are inside the building and the king is sitting in his chair with Pacer infront of him but nothing happens? No conversation triggers at all? Can anyone help plz?
