can any of you guys please confirm the Absorb Magicka / Health effect is working for you? quote from My link : On PC: Because concentration spells do not allow magicka to regenerate while casting them, and staves have the same effect, the absorbed magicka from the Staff of Magnus isn't given to the player. can this be modded to work properly? cheers franky

Hi guys, not sure this is the right place to post it but maybe i can get a couple of confirms before the post is moved. to keep this spoiler free i'll go straight to the point: Is the Absorb Magicka effect working as intended? After lot of testing i can confirm IT DOESN'T. Most of you will just tell me the dmg sux and the staff in general is not that great, but if the Absorb effect would actually work could really help us manage the retarded magicka system we have! can any of you test and confirm? if it proves to be like that, is there any way to fix this via mods? cheers franky (first post btw :D )
