Yes, Piper. She is a stickler for bringing the bad ways of the commonwealth to light. Kind of like Ripley's Believe it or Not stories. She sure does make it difficult to reason without Dogmeat as my pal. I read the news and character choices now has behavioral responsiveness. Dogmeat snuffed me when I said hello.
