LE Race menu preset For Clara Oswald / Jenna Coleman

Can someone make a racemenu preset for the character Clara Oswald from popular British TV show Doctor who? I've given it a couple of goes myself but I'm not familiar enough with racemenu to be able to make characters even remotely close. Here are some reference images, I'm happy to find more if needed. http://imgur.com/a/ZkiEr I'm willing to use any aesthetic mods like custom textures, hairs, etc just not custom races.
