So I started a new settlement at the Starlight Drive-In. I moved the workbench with a console command to a better spot, (yes I suck), and now I've basically lost the settlement. It doesn't show up in the workshop list on the Pip-boy and I am unable to send anyone there. I can recruit and build there but that's it. The recruitment is VERY slow, (one settler per week at best). Any work around or fixes to return this settlement to normalcy? Thanks for any input on this matter.
