Problem is located in .ini files in your My Documents/ My Games/ Skyrim folder. One of the changes in those files made by mods (or manually) CTDs your game and simply reinstalling game wont do d.ck because .inis stay in place after uninstalling Skyrim and future installations keep using them over and over again. Try to clear that folder (saves are located there too, so be careful) before new installation to start fresh but BEWARE, if u made changes to some cell settings in those .inis, (don't remeber which atm but google does), saves made while playing with those changed inis will CTD after loading in different or vanilla cell setting, and sometimes finding those old settings can be a real pain, so ALWAYS BACKUP .INIS in case you need to find and reuse those settings to make old saves playable.
