Recently I've been getting some freezes when loading into areas and loading into the game. I've installed a few new mods, but I know by load order is just fine. I'm pretty sure my computer can handle it too, and once you see it you'll understand why I'm confused. I'll put my load order below, followed by my computer specs. Another issue I'm having is arrows and other basic actions seem to be delayed. When I shoot an arrow, it will take a few seconds sometimes before it finally goes off of the bow. Same with vanilla-spell animations; they will not show right away when I switch to them. I don't believe so honestly. The last time I got updates for my comp was a week ago and I otherwise haven't created one. Found some other issue. I can't seem to level up. Going to the skill screen nor sleeping for 8 hours seems to work. I have more than enough exp. to get to the next level but it doesn't want to seem to work.

Second update: objects seem to like to fly around in small areas by themselves. I assume it has to do with some collision caused by me, but what the source is I have no idea. This I would really like some help on, if anyone is willing to help people in this forum.

Update: it is Economics that is causing the lack of equipment using. I enjoy the mod, yet the options for renting it or having the owner forge something is not even showing up. I would like to edit that part out, however I am no modder and trying to decode this on in TES5Edit is proving difficult.

I'm getting a few issues in Skyrim currently and I'm unable to find a solution to them. First off, I'm getting some flickering of water. I read that it could be due to a water visual mod installed or due to SLI. I have both, though it wasn't a problem a couple days ago. Second, now i'm sure this is a function of a mod although I'm unable to pinpoint it, but while playing I don't have permission to use black smith equipment. Not quite sure why. It first failed on a khajiit which I would take as reasonable, but then it failed on a nord, so I'm lost. Third, it seems that whenever I deactivate a mod the save game won't load anymore. Plain and simple. I go through the recommended uninstall steps as well. I'm not quite sure how to post a text list of my mods (did it before, can't remember how, can't find a solution to that either) so I'm going to have to post screenshots of my list until then. Hello all, short-time lurker, first-time poster (in this forum at least). Just picked up Fallout 3 on PC (GotY) after not playing it for a couple years on xbox. I had all the DLC back then and I played the living crap out of this game back then, but after having modded Skyrim and New Vegas on the PC, I decided that I wanted to see what Fallout 3 mod authors had available. So, what sort of mods would you all recommend? Bug fixes, extended content, companions, etc. I'd like to stay lore friendly if possible, so no light sabers or anime please.

Minus the NVCE part since Enhancements doesn't run that.

Like I said, I did use BOSS and it put the order as such. In NMM I can't move MM up anymore; the option is grayed out. And likewise, I can't move things down past MM either.

Seems to be working now, thank you. Maybe this means I can try Project Nevada without it dying. Before it would crash every time I would try to walk into Freeside, which is not a good thing.

So I have to take out NVEC Complete and use NVEC Enhancements and NVEC Enhancements MMUE Patch instead? EDIT: Actually couldn't I just take out MMUE and be good?
