Late reply but...I believe there's another RPG-7 in the Asurah S.T.A.L.K.E.R Weapons and Armor pack mod, and it looks better than this one, it doesn't have those funky rocket launcher handlebars from the original launcher in NV, plus you ACTUALLY hold it from the handle like from the real life variant rather than those handlebar things in the back. Sadly, after 4 years of development, scripting, voice acting and the worldspace almost completed...I think the Frontier Team has abandoned the project in early 2019, they stopped making updates and any news on the progress of TF, it's possible life has been kinda busy for them so, unfortunately, they halted The Frontier, it'll most likely become abandonware too...
