Just confirming it's not just you. Does this in Vanilla game for me. Mods don't really seem to affect whether it happens or not. And I have twice as much RAM as you, so that's definitely not the issue.

I'm getting a random CTD while in workshop mode, after or during attacks on the settlement. I'm guessing this could be the mentioned conflict between DLC's.
