SSE will load, but is stuck on the main menu with the music playing, is completely blank. I've trouble-shooted this to death and can't figure out the issue. 100% Uninstalled and re-installed SSE and still the problem persists (data folder & "users" folders completely deleted before reinstall). It started happening after upgrading to the latest AMD R9 280x drivers this morning after I managed to play a couple of hours over the past two days of a fresh install. It will run and be visible in 'windowed' mode, but not full screen. Googling has brought me nowhere and I'm not sure where to go from here, so I'm hoping to find somebody else that has run into a similar issue. Chime in if you have please!

I'm one of the people that had to deal with constant CTD's thanks to this mod. Sucks since I had just started a new game a week prior to installing, and made it to level 22 before this happened. Had to reinstall everything and start over. :-\

Anybody know if it's possible to equip a dragon shout or ANYTHING from the magic menu, for that matter, from a console command? I'm a part of the seemingly growing number of people who can't get into the magic menu since it likes to CTD whenever I attempt.

It's definitely not SkyUI for me. I have SkyUI 2.1, latest Skyrim patch, and latest SKSE patch.

You're not the only one with the problem. I'm pretty sure my issue started when I had a mod installed that added extra spells. I uninstalled the mod, and continued my game after the initial crashes. About 40 hours later into the game, and I now have a quest that requires a new shout to be used. I'm back to square one with the game crashing to desktop every time I load the magic menu. I've done some googling and tried fixes but nothing seems to be working so far. *sigh*
