I've been using enhanced perk points for over 2 months, it cant be that. I'd revert to an older save and disable this mod and see what happens... I'm willing to bet you manually installed a mod that messes with character development incorrectly. about 2 weeks ago my brother had to reinstall the game and all mods, however the game was working properly and he even leveled up his character more than once in this 2 weeks period...the bug didnt happened until this day, and no new mod had been installed for like 5 days, during those 5 days the bug was not existant and it was working flawlessly.

My brother was playing and he encountered a new bug...he leveled up, from 16 to 17, well he opened the level up screen and choose the stat to increase, but after doing it he could choose another stat, he thought that he had just forgot to level up more than once, but after choosing the 2nd one, it told him to choose ANOTHER stat and after that one ANOTHER one and another one and another one, just an endless "choose a stat to increase!" he cant even get out of the level up menu...anyone knows what could be causing this? I doubt its any mod since we havent installed any for some time already and we werent experiencing this mod.

OK I got FOMM to work and I installed the mods with it and all that. nope, texture mods still dont show, animation mods and all those do show, but the game still uses vanilla textures.

perhaps your PC is too darn good? in most games, having so much RAM and so much of a beastial rig is actually a bad thing, as far as I know having more than 8gb ram actually kills frames.

thanks, but I downloaded FOMM earlier, its not working for anyone, literally, theres a bug in the file uploaded, when you try to open FOMM it just gives a crash message and never opens, and its happening to everyone judging by the comment section.

The same thing had happened to fallout 3...well I have had FO3 for quite some time already (like about 8 months) but I didnt started modding like 3 days ago, I just downloaded a few retextures and stuff like that, well the other mods showed up well with no problem, but the retexture mods were not showing, it stlll had vanilla textures. so I looked into it a bit and some sites said that I had to change some things from some files, like a line saying validateolderbin from 0 to 1 or something like that, well I did, for all the 3 files that I had to mod, but still no result. so I just gave up FO3 modding there. I bought NV yesterday from the steam sale, and I started modding, downloading retextures (I download and install ALL mods with the NMM) however, the same crap happens, texture mods wont show up, it still has the vanilla textures... with FO3 I tried using some file called invalidated invalidator or something like that...I activate it and did everything properly but it didnt changed anything, I havent tried with NV tho but I dont think it will do anything. so can anyone help me? what am I doing wrong? I dont want to play it without mods because quite frankly it looks terrible. my PC specs: AMD phenom II x4 965 be @ 3.4 ghz XFX radeon 6850 1gb 4gb RAM DDR3 windows 7 x64 and yes I did made sure that the mods installed correctly
