Looks like I managed to get New: Vegas up and running once again. Thanks for those who wanted to help me!

I used the FOMOD version. Everything was in the correct version, I guess. I toggled archive invalidation as well. That's why I don't know what's causing the problem, even after removing both the mod and the FOMM. Btw, I reposted this in the Mod Troubleshooting, where it fits better, as you said. Thanks for telling me that!

I just realised I forgot to mention the name of the mod, sorry about that >.> The mod is the "BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer" Should I repost this in "Mod Troubleshooting" or not?

Not sure whether this should be in here or not, but my game crashed after I tried to install a mod using the Fallout Mod Manager. Everything seemed to be fine, but when I tried to launch the game, it didn't start and I got a message of Windows saying that it experienced some problems and shut it down. I tried to fix it by uninstalling the mod and the manager, but even now, with both the mod and the FOMM gone, the game won't start. Does anyone know what the cuase could be?
