So when i launch fo3 edit it defaults CALIBR.esm above everything else. It's above fallout3.esm. On FOMM it's below, and i cannot change the load order when fo3 first launches. This is the only problem i can see, and i simply dont know why fo3 has decided calibr is so important, and i dont know how to change it.
